Refund policy

Return

- We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your recipient of the item, we are unable to offer you a refund. 

- To be eligible for a return, your item should not have been worn, used, or washed. The item must also be returned with the original packaging fully intact, with the original labels or in-box accessories included. 

- To request a return, please first contact us via inaturalangel@gmail.com with your order number and the return reason, so our dedicated service team may better help you out. 

- If a package is returned due to buyer-related issues, a $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For questions, please contact us at inaturalangel@gmail.com.  

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact sales@inaturalangel.com for assistance.
