However, precisely because of this delicate hand-crafted nature, a few beads may loosen under intense friction. This is a normal characteristic of artisanal masterpieces rather than a quality defect. We recommend checking the dress upon arrival and keeping any spare beads (if included) safe—this "delicacy" is the very proof of true luxury.

To preserve the Heirloom-quality of our
garments, we recommend a gentle hand wash in lukewarm water
with mild detergent. Avoid wringing or tumble drying. For our most intricate
gowns, professional dry cleaning is recommended to maintain the delicate
hand-stitched details.

Long-distance shipping may cause the tulle to temporarily lose its volume. We recommend using a steamer held about 15cm away from the fabric; this will quickly restore the skirt's dreamy fluffiness. Never directly iron emgroidery, sequins, beads, or tulle, as high heat will cause irreversible damage. If you must iron the cotton lining, please ensure you use a low heat setting and place a protective white cloth over the fabric.

I Natural Angel gowns are designed to be cherished heirlooms passed down through generations. We recommend hanging the dress in a breathable cotton garment bag and keeping it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Ensure the storage area is dry and well-ventilated. Years from now, when she is all grown up or when passing it down to a little sister, this dress will still hold the beautiful memories of that special day.

Important: To guarantee that every little angel receives a pristine, hygienic dress, all returned items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors (such as perfume or smoke) and stains, and have all original tags (including the Security Tag) attached and intact.
